  • 7:00–8:30 a.m. – 4-H/FFA & Open Class Horses Vet Check
  • 8:00 a.m. – 4-H Written Test
  • 9:00 a.m. – Showmanship & Halter Classes
  • (Followed by) Performance Classes
  • Trail Classes (Open & 4-H Jr., Int., Sr.)
  • Gymkhana Events

Thursday, July 30

  • 7:00–8:00 a.m. – Horse Vet Check
  • 8:30 a.m. – Ranch Horse Performances

  • Ranch Riding
  • Ranch Horsemanship
  • Individual Cow Work
  • Ranch Trail

Saturday, August 1

  • 9:00 a.m. – 4-H/FFA Project Interview Judging
  • 10:00 a.m. – Display Booths, Boards & Entries Due
  • 3:00 p.m. – Fashion Revue (Ellis Allen Building)
  • 3:30 p.m. – Royalty Tryouts (Speeches)
  • 4:30 p.m. – 4-H General Project Auction

Monday, August 3

  • 8:00 a.m. – Poultry Check-In & Show
  • 10:30 a.m. – Rabbit Check-In & Show
  • 12:30 p.m. – 4-H/Open Class Dog Show

Tuesday, August 4

  • 8:00 a.m. – Livestock Arrival Begins
  • 10:00 a.m. – Sheep Check-In
  • 1:30 p.m. – Sheep Show
  • 4:30 p.m. – Beef, Meat Goat & Swine Arrival
  • 5:00 p.m. – Livestock Weigh-In
  • 6:00 p.m. – Ranch Rodeo
  • 6:30 p.m. – Livestock Judging Contest

Wednesday, August 5

  • 9:00 a.m. – Fair Building Opens
  • 10:00 a.m. – Dairy Goat & Breeding Meat Goat Show
  • 12:00 p.m. – Vendor Setup Begins
  • 4:00 p.m. – Swine Show
  • 6:00 p.m. – Fair Building Closes
  • 7:00–9:00 p.m. – 4-H & FFA Dance- $5.00/couple or $3.00/single

Thursday, August 6

  • 7:00–9:30 a.m. – Free Beef Breakfast- Lincoln County Cattle Women
  • 7:00–9:30 a.m. – Rancher’s Pen of 3 Check-In
  • 9:00 a.m. – Open Class Judging
  • 9:30 a.m. – Rancher’s Pen of 3 Judging
  • 10:00 a.m. – Dairy Cattle Show
  • 11:00 a.m. – Breeding Beef Show
  • 2:00 p.m. – Market Beef Showmanship & Show
  • 4:30–7:00 p.m. – Rabies Vaccination Clinic Provided by Eastern Colorado Veterinary Service (dogs, cats, horses, cattle, goats, sheep)
  • 5:00 p.m. Cowbelles & Friends Benefit during the Stockman’s Steak fry- Live and Silent Auctions under the big white tent by the livestock barn
  • 5:30 p.m. Lincoln County Stockman’s Steak Fry until 7:00 p.m. Homemade cobbler donated by Lincoln County Cattlewomen
