- July 15 – Open Class Livestock & Ranch Horse
- July 24 – Open Class Traditional Horse Show
- August 1 – Rancher’s Pen of Three
- August 6 – Lincoln County Night – Youth & Adults
There will be a $50 late fee per exhibitor after deadlines are passed. There will be no exceptions.

- Superintendents must check out all livestock exhibitors. Market Sale Animals cannot leave the fairgrounds at any time after arrival.
- All livestock may be released after their respective shows, apart from market sale animals, including any buy back animals.
- General Project Consignments: Due July 1 by 4:00 p.m.
- Livestock Sale Consignments: Final sale consignments are due by 8:00 p.m. August 6. Final floor consignments will continue for 1 hour following the sale on Friday, August 7.
