July 15 – Open Class Livestock & Ranch Horse
July 24 – Open Class Traditional Horse Show
August 1 – Rancher’s Pen of Three
August 6 – Lincoln County Night – Youth & Adults

There will be a $50 late fee per exhibitor after deadlines are passed. There will be no exceptions.

Important Notes

Public viewing schedule for livestock under the show barn:
Wednesday: 12:00–2:00 p.m.
Thursday: 8:00–10:00 a.m. & 7:00–9:00 p.m.
Friday: 1:00–3:00 p.m.

Superintendents must check out all livestock exhibitors. Market Sale Animals cannot leave the fairgrounds at any time after arrival.
All livestock may be released after their respective shows, apart from market sale animals, including any buy back animals.
General Project Consignments: Due July 1 by 4:00 p.m.
Livestock Sale Consignments: Final sale consignments are due by 8:00 p.m. August 6. Final floor consignments will continue for 1 hour following the sale on Friday, August 7.
